IInd group - with 12 of the patients glaucoma had recently been established so their treatment started with Nyolol Gel 0.1%. The patients were examined after the first day of using the drops, at the end of the first month, and at the end of the second month. The first group of patients had an IOP of 16,3 mmHg at the end of the first week, 18,7mmHg at the end of the first month, and 18,2mmHg at the end of the second month. The second group of patients had an IOP of 26,3mmHg at the end of the first week, 22.7mmHg at the end of the first month, and 23mmHg at the end of the second month. Nyolol Gel 0.1% is a unique combination of a beta blocker with two agents commonly used in dry eye preparation and has a good local tolerence.
