Cancellation received prior to November 30, 2007 - full refund.
Cancellation received from December 1, 2007 to January 10, 2008 – 50% refund
Cancellation received after January 10, 2008 – no refund.

Group Registration

For hotel reservations made by a sponsoring company, the participant will receive the hotel confirmation from the sponsoring company directly.

For group bookings (10 participants or more) companies are requested to send their request by fax or Email to Kenes International. Different payment and cancellation policies will apply.
