HOW TO BOOK
In order to benefit from the special congress rates, please
use one of the following booking methods:
- Send the Registration & Accommodation form with the required
deposit via fax or mail, at the earliest opportunity. Reservations
will only be confirmed if credit card details are fully supplied;
alternatively please forward a deposit of Euro 250 (5 star category)
and Euro 150 (4 star category), per room, per night.
- Book your hotel accommodation through
this website
PAYMENT
Payment for accommodation, provided by Kenes International
is payable (less deposit) before your arrival in Rotterdam.
Kenes International accepts Travelers' cheques, Euro cheques, Visa,
Master Card, and Diners Club credit cards.
CANCELLATION OF ACCOMMODATION
Rooms cancelled prior to May 15, 2004 - Full refund less
bank charges.
Rooms cancelled after May 15, 2003 - 1 night cancellation fee.
Cancellations must be sent to Kenes International in writing (either
via fax or email)
In the event of non-arrival, the hotel will automatically release
the reservation and the payment will be non-refundable.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Kenes International and their agents shall not be responsible
for and and shall be exempt from all liability in respect of any
loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or inconvenience to any person,
or his /her luggage or any other property for any reason whatsoever,
for any tourist services provided. Personal travel and health insurance
is recommended.
Official check-in time for hotels is 16:00 hours and check out is
10:00 hours.
TRAVEL INFORMATION FROM SCHIPOL AIRPORT
Schipol airport is located about 55 km south of Rotterdam.
Trains depart frequently from the airport to Rotterdam; traveling
time is approximately 1 hour. Cost for the train ticket is approximately
Euro 22 (one way). Private taxis are also available, and the approximate
cost is Euro 90 per taxi.
