The Hyatt Regency Washington on Capitol Hill is the Congress Venue
and Headquarters for the 8th World Congress on Heart Failure

These rates are only available until June 25, 2002 or until all
blocked rooms have been reserved. Rates are per night and are excluding
tax.
Reservations received after this date will be booked on a "space
available basis", and not at the special rate.
The Hyatt Regency Washington on Capitol Hill's room rates are subject
to applicable state and local taxes in effect at the time of check-in
(14.5% as of July, 2000).
HOW TO BOOK
Reservations can be made by telephone (+1 202 737 1234) or fax (+1
202 942 1576) directly to the Hyatt Regency Washington on Capitol
Hill Reservations Office.
Please identify yourself as a participant of the 8th World Congress
on Heart Failure. Hotel reservations will be confirmed by mail.
PAYMENT
The Hyatt Regency Washington on Capitol Hill only accepts guaranteed
reservations; all reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit
card, money order, or wire transfer for the first night's deposit
. Please use the Accommodation Form when applicable.
CANCELLATION OF ACCOMMODATION
Individuals who need to cancel must do so one month prior
to arrival date in order to receive a full deposit refund. After
this date, no refund can be made.
For group reservations taken by the hotel, there shall be
a requirement of one night's deposit. Any group who needs to cancel
must do so two months prior to each arrival date in order to receive
a full deposit refund.
