Accommodation

Please read this very important notice:
The hotels cancellation policy for this year is very strict and allows cancellations or amendments only until March 28.

Any cancellations or amendments after March 28, may be subject to full cancellation fee.
All outstanding amounts will be charged in full 30 days prior to the beginning of the BOG (on May 6, 2012).

Full prepayment is required for all hotel accommodations 30 days prior to arrival.

Please advise your credit card company that these payments will be made by Kenes Israel Holdings Ltd.

All rates are per room, per night and include breakfast, all tax and service charges.

We strongly advise all participants to reserve their hotel accommodations as soon as possible in order to guarantee these posted rates as well as availability at the hotel of your choice.

VAT REGULATIONS
In accordance to prevailing law, all rates are subject to VAT - Value Added Tax (currently 16%) where applicable. Holders of Diplomatic Passports and holders of Foreign Passports, stamped with a 3 month Tourist Permit by the Israeli Border Control are exempt of VAT. Holders of any other permits are required by law to pay VAT. The stamped Passport must be presented upon check in.
Extra room nights before and after the convention are subjected to availability. Room rates may vary.

Reservations will only be confirmed if credit card details are fully supplied.

Each participant will receive an individual confirmation, indicating the name and address of the hotel. The booking will be final upon receipt of the corresponding payment.

**The Mamilla and David Citadel's policy excludes Saturday check-ins and check-outs. If you wish to check in on Saturday, you will have to pay for the Friday night; if you check out on Saturday, you will also have to pay for the Saturday night.

Hotels rates for Israeli participants are subject to additional VAT payment (currently 16%).

Kenes Tours will not be able to guarantee rooms after March 28, 2010.

Official check-in time is 15:00 hours and check out is 12:00 noon.

King David
This year there are 2 new categories at the King David: both Old City and New City rooms are now divided according to floors and the rooms on the 5th and 6th floors are priced higher than the ones on the lower floors. Payment instructions:
Hotel reservations should be accompanied by the corresponding deposit of 1 night hotel accommodation.

Please note that 30 days prior to your check in at the hotel, your credit card will be automatically charged for the balance of your hotel accommodation.

Participants who paid their deposit by bank transfer or cheque, are required to send the balance of the outstanding accommodation charges to Kenes International 30 days prior to arrival.

Full prepayment is required for all hotel accommodations 30 days prior to arrival.

Payment should be made in USD by one of the following methods:
