Registration

The BOG2012 Conference registration fee is $600 per person, and is payment for the cost of the conference.

This year there will be a daily registration rate of USD 120. Please indicate in the registration process the day(s) you will attend. This fee covers all activities /events for the day chosen.

Registration fees can be paid by the following methods:

Important: All bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the registration and accommodation fees.

If payment is made by a company or for more than one person, please make sure all names are indicated.

PLEASE NOTE VAT REGULATIONS: In accordance to prevailing law, all rates are subject to VAT - Value Added Tax (currently 16%) where applicable. Holders of Diplomatic Passports and holders of Foreign Passports, stamped with a 3 month Tourist Permit by the Israeli Border Control are exempt of VAT. Holders of any other permits are required by law to pay VAT.

Confirmation
As soon as the Registration and Accommodation Department has received the complete registration form and the relevant payment, a written confirmation will be sent by e-mail.

REGISTRATION POLICIESS -
INCLUDED IN THE REGISTRATION FEE: Participation in all sessions ,events and materials, field trips and walking tours.
NOT INCLUDED IN THE REGISTRATION: Travel to and from Israel, airport taxes, airport transfers, VIP assistance at the airport, passport and visa fees, border taxes when applicable, hotel accommodations, personal expenses (i.e. laundry, valet service, cables, telephone calls, postage, etc.), tips to drivers, guides, tour escorts and other services not indicated elsewhere in the BOG materials.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be faxed, e-mailed or post-marked to Kenes Israel Holdings.
Refund is 100% for cancellations received prior to April 10, 2012.
Refund is 50% for cancellations received prior to May 8, 2012.
There is no refund for cancellations after May 8, 2012.
