Airport Transfers - Meet and Assist

Kenes International has appointed  as its official local travel agent.

Aton Travel will be offering an Airport Transfer Service which will enable you to book in advance transfers from Cairo International Airport to your hotel or the Congress Centre.

This service will include the following:

	Personal assistance by one of the agency's representatives upon arrival at the airport
	Escort through passport control, including arrangements of "on the spot" entry visa to citizens of countries who do NOT require visa arranged in Advance. Click here to see the visa information page on this website for more details.
	Assistance during check-in procedures upon arriving to the hotel
	All representatives are qualified, professional and multi-lingual personnel
	Booking will be available via the on-line registration and is subject to an additional fee which should be paid in advance
	If you book your transfer after registering for the meeting please be sure to enter the same family name and e-mail address used on your original registration form.

Please note that a hospitality desk of "Aton Travel" will be available at the Cairo International Airport before the luggage claim area, in each of the International arrival halls (available 24 hours).
