Rates quoted are in Canadian Dollars.
Rates quoted are per room, per night, including breakfast but not including tax.

Payment

The appropriate deposit should accompany hotel reservations and full payment for
accommodation reserved through Kenes International must be made prior to arrival in
Montreal.
Kenes International accepts Travelers’ cheques, Euro cheques, Visa, Master Card, AMEX
and Diners Club credit cards.
Please note, 3 weeks prior to arrival in Montreal, your credit card will be automatically
charged for the balance of your hotel accommodation.
Participants, who paid with a bank transfer or cheque, need to send this balance to Kenes
International. Full prepayment is required for all hotel accommodation.

Accommodation Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or changes must be received in writing by Kenes International (by fax or email).
Rooms cancelled prior to 60 days before arrival: full refund less bank charges
Rooms cancelled between 59 and 10 days prior to arrival: 1 night cancellation charge.
Rooms cancelled less than 10 days prior to arrival: no refund
In the event of non-arrival, the Hotel will automatically release the reservation, and full payment will be non-refundable.
If you arrive later or leave earlier than on the dates indicated on your reservation form, the total accommodation amount will be charged and no refunds will be made.

Early Departure Fee

Guests will be charged for checking out prior to the departure date confirmed at check-in.

Important Notes

Kenes International reserves the right to change the requested hotels to those of a similar
grade or better.
Kenes International and its agents shall not be responsible for, and shall be exempt from, all liability in respect of any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or inconvenience to any person, or his/her luggage or any other property, for any reason whatsoever, for any tourist services provided.
Personal travel and health insurance is highly recommended.

Official check in time is 15:00 hours and check out time is 12:00 hours
