HOW TO BOOK

Please note that On line registration will be available until April 26, 2005 when the website registration form will be closed.
The registration desk will be open at the Sofia Congress Center for on site registration from 10:00 on Thursday, May 5, 2005.

PAYMENT
Hotel reservations should be accompanied by the appropriate deposit and full payment for accommodation reserved through Kenes International should be made before your arrival in Sofia.
Kenes International accepts Travelers' cheques, Euro cheques, Visa, Master Card, AMEX and Diners Club credit cards.
Please note, 3 weeks prior to arrival in Sofia, your credit card will be automatically charged for the balance of your hotel accommodation. Participants who paid with a bank transfer or Cheque, need to send this balance to Kenes International. Full prepayment is required for all hotel accommodation.

ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATION POLICY
Rooms cancelled prior to 60 days before arrival: full refund, less bank charges. Rooms cancelled between 59-15 days prior to arrival: Euro 100 cancellation charge. Rooms cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival: no refund. Cancellations or changes must be received in writing by Kenes International (send either by fax or Email). In the event of non-arrival, the Hotel will automatically release the reservation, and full payment will be non-refundable. If you arrive later or leave earlier than on the dates indicated on your reservation form, the total accommodation amount will be charged and no refunds will be made.

Personal travel and health insurance is highly recommended.

TRAVEL INFORMATION FROM SOFIA AIRPORT
Taxi - "O.K. SUPERTRANS" provides taxi services from Sofia Airport.
Passengers requiring a taxi should enquire at the "O.K. SUPERTRANS" office located in the public area of the Arrivals Hall or get an O.K. SUPERTRANS taxi from the line right in front of the Arrival Hall.
The average fare between Sofia Airport and the city center is 3 Euro.

Bus - The bus station is located close to the Arrivals terminal.
A single ticket costs 0.50 leva /0.25 EUR/. Tickets are sold at the kiosk at the bus stop.
If you have luggage with dimensions bigger than 60x60x40 cm, you must buy a ticket for it. A single ticket for one piece of luggage costs 0.50 leva /0.25 EUR/.
