Climate - Dress Code
The weather in Sofia in May is usually warm and pleasant. The average temperature is 20°C (68 Farenheit). Clothing is informal for all occasions.

Letter of invitation
Participants requiring a letter of invitation to enable them to make their arrangements to participate in the Congress may apply to the Secretariat. Please note that this letter can in no way be regarded as a commitment regarding scheduling or financial support from the Congress Organizers.
