Fees for participants include participation in all sessions, entrance to the Exhibition, lunches on days of sessions, entry to the Welcome Cocktail on Thursday, May 5, IFPM Party on Saturday, May 7.

Accompanying Persons fees include: Participation in Opening Ceremony and Welcome Cocktail on Thursday, May 5, two tours and IFPM Party on Saturday, May 7.

Payment
Payment of registration fees can be made through our website using a credit card, or by sending the Secretariat a cheque or bank transfer. Further details are available on the registration form.

Cancellation Policy
Refund of registration fees will be made as follows:
Faxed, electronically mailed or post-marked:
Prior to February 16, 2005 - full refund less Euro 50 handling fees
From February 17, 2005 - 50% refund
After April 5, 2005 - no refund

Please note that On line registration will be available until April 26, 2005 when the website registration form will be closed.
The registration desk will be open at the Sofia Congress Center for on site registration from 10:00 on Thursday, May 5, 2005.
