How to book

Online Registration is closed

For block bookings (10 rooms and up) companies are requested to send their request by fax or E-mail to Kenes International at ifpm_reg@kenes.com.
Different payment and cancellation policies will apply.

Payment

The appropriate deposit should accompany hotel reservations and full payment for accommodation reserved through Kenes International must be made prior to arrival in Guadalajara.
Kenes International accepts Travelers’ cheques, Euro cheques, Visa, Master Card, AMEX and Diners Club credit cards.
Please note, 3 weeks prior to arrival in Guadalajara, your credit card will be automatically charged for the balance of your hotel accommodation.
Participants, who paid with a bank transfer or cheque, need to send this balance to Kenes International. Full prepayment is required for all hotel accommodation.

Accommodation Cancellation Policy

Rooms cancelled prior to 60 days before arrival:
full refund, less bank charges (USD $ 25).
Rooms cancelled between 59-10 days prior to arrival:
One night hotel accommodation cancellation charge.
Rooms cancelled less than 10 days prior to arrival:
no refund

Cancellations or changes must be received in writing by Kenes International (by fax or email)
In the event of non-arrival, the Hotel will automatically release the reservation, and full payment will be non-refundable.
If you arrive later or leave earlier than on the dates indicated on your reservation form, the total accommodation amount will be charged and no refunds will be made. If you know that you will arrive late please notify the Forum Secretariat (e-mail: reg_ifpm@kenes.com) to ensure that your room will not be released. Please do not contact the hotel directly.

Early Departure Fee

Guests will be charged for checking out prior to the departure date confirmed at check-in

Important Notes

Kenes International reserves the right to change the requested hotels to those of a similar grade or better.
Kenes International and its agents shall not be responsible for, and shall be exempt from, all liability in respect of any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or inconvenience to any person, or his/her luggage or any other property, for any reason whatsoever, for any tourist services provided.
Personal travel and health insurance is highly recommended.

Official check in time in all hotels is 16:00 hours and check out time is 11:00 hours
