PAYMENT
Payment for accommodation, provided by Kenes International
is payable (less deposit) before your arrival in Edinburgh.
Kenes International accepts Travelers' cheques, Euro cheques,
Visa, Master Card, and Diners Club credit cards.
CANCELLATION & REFUND OF ACCOMMODATION
Rooms cancelled until July 29, 2004- full refund
less GB£ 30 bank charges.
Rooms cancelled from July 30 until September 20, 2004 - one
night will be charged.
Rooms cancelled after September 20, 2004 - no refund.
Cancellations must be sent to Kenes International in writing
(either via fax or email).
In the event of non- arrival, the hotel automatically release
the reservation and the payment will be non refundable.
OPTIONAL TOURS
Deadline for reserving these tours is September
21, 2004. If the mimimum number of 25 participants per optional
tour has not been reached, the participants will be re-imbursed.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Kenes International and their agents shall not be
responsible for and and shall be exempt from all liability
in respect of any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or
inconvenience to any person, or his /her luggage or any other
property for any reason whatsoever, for any tourist services
provided. Personal travel and health insurance is recommended.
Official check-in time for the hotel is 16:00 hours and
check out is 10:00 hours.
TRAVEL INFORMATION FROM EDINBURGH AIRPORT
Edinburgh airport is located 10 miles from the city
centre. Buses depart from the airport to city centre every
10 minutes during the day. Journey time from the airport to
downtown is approximately 20 minutes. Private taxis are also
available, and the approximate cost is £15 per taxi.
