Language
The official language of the meeting is English. All abstract submissions and presentations should be in English.

Insurance
The Meeting Secretariat and Organisers cannot accept liability for personal accidents or loss or damage to private property of participants and accompanying persons, either during or indirectly arising from the 10th Biennial International Gynaecologic Cancer Society Meeting (IGCS). Participants should make their own arrangements with respect to health and travel insurance.

Letter of Invitation
The Meeting organizers will be pleased to send a formal letter of invitation to any individual requesting one. It is understood that such an invitation is intended to help potential delegates to raise funds or to obtain a visa. This does not imply a commitment from the Meeting organizers to provide any financial support. Letters of invitation may be requested from the Meeting secretariat.

Visa Requirements
Participants are requested to check with the British consulate in their home country or with their travel agency for visa requirements. It is the responsibility of the participant to obtain a visa if required.

Informal for all occasions.
