How to Book
Online Registration is no longer possible.
Registration will be available at the onsite registration desk at the Civic Auditorium in Santa Monica from Friday 13th October from 13:00-18:30 and according to the published registration desk opening hours.

We strongly advise all participants to reserve their hotel accommodation as soon as possible.
Kenes International will not be able to guarantee rooms after September 15, 2006.
Hotel reservations will only be confirmed if credit card details for the deposit are provided; alternatively please forward the required deposit of one night accommodation by bank transfer or cheque and fax a copy of the transfer document to the IGCS 11 Meeting Secretariat at: +41 22 732 2850.
For block bookings (10 rooms or more) companies are requested to send their request by fax or e-mail to Kenes International. Different cancellation and payment policies will apply.
Each participant will receive an individual confirmation, indicating the name and address of the hotel. The hotel reservation will only be final upon receipt of the corresponding payment.
Payment
Full pre-payment for accommodation provided by Kenes International is payable (less deposit) 14 days before your arrival in Santa Monica.
Please note that 2 weeks prior to the meeting, your credit card will be automatically charged for the balance of your hotel accommodation. Participants who paid their deposit with a bank transfer or cheque are required to send the full balance of outstanding accommodation charges to Kenes International by latest 14 days before the Meeting.
Kenes International accepts Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club and American Express credit cards.

CANCELLATION OF ACCOMMODATION (NEW POLICY)

Accommodation Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or changes must be received in writing to Kenes International.
Until 3 days before the congress: full refund less handling charge of US$ 25.
From 2 days until the congress : 1 night cancellation charge.
In the event of non-arrival, the hotel will automatically release the reservation, and all payments will be non-refundable.
Important Notes
Kenes International and their agents shall not be responsible for and shall be exempt from all liability in respect of any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or inconvenience to any person, or his /her luggage or any other property for any reason whatsoever, for any tourist services provided. Personal travel and health insurance is recommended.
