Payment of fees should be made in US$ and should be paid using one of the following options:

Postal orders and travellers cheques will NOT be accepted.
The completed registration form together with the relevant payment must be sent by latest August 1, 2006 in order to benefit from the reduced early registration fee.
Thereafter the registration fees will be as published.

Online Registration is no longer possible.
Registration will be available at the onsite registration desk at the Civic Auditorium in Santa Monica from Friday 13th October from 13:00-18:30 and according to the published registration desk opening hours.

Registration Cancellation Policy
- All cancellations must be received in writing: faxed, electronically mailed or post-marked.
- Full refund less US$ 50 provided notification is received in writing before August 1, 2006
- 50% refund if notification is received in writing between August 2, 2006 – September 15, 2006
- No refund if notification is received from September 16, 2006
