Kenes International is the official travel agent for the IGCS 12 Meeting and will be offering special reduced rates for accommodation.

Accommodation at special Meeting rates is available at the following hotels:

All room rates quoted are in US$ per room, per night, including breakfast and taxes. (Currently 17.7% - subject to change)
Additional hotels will be published on the Meeting website at a later stage.
Official check-in time for the hotels is 14:00 hours and check out is required until 12:00 noon.
The Meeting organizer may not be held responsible for any changes in published public transportation travel times and/or routes.

Hotel reservations will only be confirmed if credit card details for the deposit are provided; alternatively please forward the required deposit of one night accommodation per room by bank transfer or cheque and fax a copy of the transfer document to the IGCS 12 Meeting Secretariat at: +41 22 732 2850.

For block bookings (10 rooms or more) companies are requested to send their request by fax or e-mail to Kenes International. Different cancellation and payment policies will apply.

Each participant will receive an individual confirmation, indicating the name and address of the hotel. The hotel reservation will only be final upon receipt of the corresponding payment.

Payment

Full pre-payment for accommodation provided by Kenes International is payable (less deposit) 21 days before your arrival in Bangkok.

Please note that 3 weeks prior to the meeting, your credit card will be automatically charged for the balance of your hotel accommodation. Participants who paid their deposit with a bank transfer or cheque are required to send the full balance of outstanding accommodation charges to Kenes International by latest 21 days before the Meeting.

Kenes International accepts Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club and American Express credit cards.

Accommodation Cancellation Policy

Rooms cancelled prior to 21 days before arrival: full refund less US$ 50 handling fee.
Rooms cancelled from 20 – 10 days prior to arrival: 1 night cancellation charge.
Rooms cancelled less than 9 days prior to arrival: no refund.

Cancellations or changes must be received in writing to Kenes International (either by fax or e-mail).
In the event of non-arrival, the hotel will automatically release the reservation, and full payment will be non-refundable.
If you arrive later or leave earlier than on the dates indicated on your confirmed reservation form, the total accommodation amount will be charged and no refunds will be made.

Important Notes

Kenes International and their agents shall not be responsible for and shall be exempt from all liability in respect of any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or inconvenience to any person, or his /her luggage or any other property for any reason whatsoever, for any tourist services provided. Personal travel and health insurance is recommended.
