Payment Instructions

Payment of fees must be made in US$ and should be paid using one of the following options:

• Credit card: VISA, MasterCard, Diners Club or American Express.
• Bank transfer: payable to “IGCS 2008”, Credit Suisse Bank, Geneva Branch, Switzerland.

  Please make sure that the name of the Meeting and of the participant is stated on the bank transfer.
• Cheque: payable to “IGCS 2008”

• Postal orders and travellers cheques will NOT be accepted.

The completed registration form together with the relevant payment must be received by latest August 10, 2008, in order to benefit from the reduced early registration fee.
Thereafter the registration fees will be as published.
Registration may also be made online via the Meeting website.

Registration Cancellation Policy

• Full refund less US$ 50 provided notification is received in writing before
  August 10, 2008
• 50% refund if notification is received in writing between August 11, 2008 – September 25, 2008
  
• No refund if notification is received from September 26, 2008
