CME ACCREDITATION


The 12th Biennial Meeting of the International Gynecologic Cancer Society – IGCS is accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME) and by the Accreditation Council of Oncology in Europe (ACOE).
The IGCS-12 Meeting has been designated for a maximum of 18 European CME credits.

The Meeting operates on honour system. Each medical specialist should claim only those credits that he/she actually spent in the educational activity.

ACOE is a multidisciplinary body of full time specialists practicing in the field of oncology and all recognised for their experience in education and expertise in their field. It acknowledges the quality of the scientific programme and its educational value.
ACOE accreditation has been endorsed by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME) – an institution of the European Union of Medical Specialists (UEMS).

The EACCME is an institution of the European Union of Medical Specialists (UEMS) www.uems.net. European CME credits (ECMEC’s) are recognized by the American Medical Association towards the Physician’s Recognition Award (PRA). To convert ECMEC’s credit to AMA PRA category 1 credit, please contact the AMA.
