Kuoni Congress is the official travel agent for the Workshop.

Kuoni Congress holds allocations of rooms at special rates at the hotels mentioned in the list below. Only bookings made through Kuoni in advance will secure these rates. Please refer to the list to make your selection. Reservations on an individual basis should be made on the hotel booking form. For block bookings, companies are requested to send their request per fax to Kuoni Congress directly.

The Hotel Booking Forms should be sent to Kuoni Congress, Rue de Lausanne 54, 1202 Geneva, Switzerland, tel: +41 22 908 18 55, fax: +41 22 908 18 35, e-mail: immune@kuoni.ch, to be received no later than February 9, 2001, thereafter accommodation will be subject to availibility.

Reservations will only be confirmed if credit card details are fully supplied; alternatively please forward a one night deposit by bank transfer to Credit Suisse, 1211 Geneva 70, Account: 4251-380629-41, attn Kuoni Congress. Swift: CRESCHZZ 12A.
Your credit card will only be processed in the event of late cancellation or no-show.
For block bookings (more than 15 rooms) different payment and cancellation policies will apply.

Cancellations must be received in writing before February 8, 2001; after this date a fee equivalent to the deposit guarantee will be charged.

In the event of non-arrival, the reservation will automatically be released by the hotel by 09.00 hrs the following day, and the deposit guarantee will not be refunded.

For individual bookings, participants are advised to take out personal insurance in case of unexpected late cancellation.

Kuoni Congress will endeavour to meet all accommodation requests. However, Kuoni Congress reserves the right to change the requested hotel to one of a similar category if they are unable to confirm those offered in the brochure.
