Fees for Registered Participants include participation in all scientific sessions,
invitation to the Get-Together Reception, two lunches, as well as printed material of the
Conference.
Fees for Registered Accompanying Persons include invitation to the Get-Together Reception,
two half-day tours.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Fees will be refunded with a deduction of 25% if cancellation is received
before December 30, 1999. After this date no refund will be made.
ABSTRACT DEADLINE
Participants wishing to submit an abstract should do so on the enclosed
Abstract Form and send together with four copies to the Secretariat NOT LATER THAN
DECEMBER 10, 1999.
NOTIFICATION OF PRESENTATIONS WILL BE SENT OUT BY JANUARY 5, 2000.
