Registration fees include: participation in all scientific sessions;
invitation to the Get-Together Reception and concert on Saturday, February
7; lunch on Friday, February 6 and Saturday, February 7; Conference printed

Cancellation Policy
Fees will be refunded with a deduction of 25% if cancellation
is received before December 30, 2003. After this date, no refund will
be made.
