ACCOMMODATION

Kenes International is offering special reduced rates for accommodation at the 7 th International Conference on New Trends in Immunosuppression and Immunotherapy at the following hotels:

HOW TO BOOK
In order to benefit from the special conference rates, please use one of the following booking methods:

We strongly advise all conference participants to reserve their hotel accommodation as soon as possible. Kenes International will not be able to guarantee rooms after January 1, 2006.

Reservations will only be confirmed if credit card details are fully supplied; alternatively please forward a deposit of Euro 200 per room, by credit card or bank transfer. (Details appear in the Accommodation form).

Each participant will receive an individual confirmation, indicating the name and address of their hotel. The booking will be final upon receipt of the corresponding deposit.

If your hotel reservation is being made by a sponsoring company, the participant will receive the corresponding hotel confirmation directly from the sponsoring company.

For block bookings (10 rooms and more) companies are requested to send their request by fax or email to Kenes International. Different payment and cancellation policies will apply.

PAYMENT
Full prepayment is required for all hotel accommodations.
Kenes International accepts payments by the following:

• Travelers' cheques
  
• Euro cheques (in the currency of the issuing country)
  
• Credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club and American Express *
  *Payment made with American Express will be charged in U.S. Dollars
  
• Bank transfers: For bank transfer, Please make drafts payable to: “Immunosuppression 2006” Credit Suisse Bank, Geneva Branch, Switzerland, Clearing No. 4251,

  Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the registration and accommodation fees.

Please note that 3 weeks prior to arrival in Berlin, your credit card will be automatically charged for the balance of your hotel accommodation. Participants who paid their deposit by bank transfer or cheque are required to send the balance of the accommodation charge to Immuno Secretariat, Kenes International, 21 days before arrival.

CANCELLATION OF ACCOMMODATION
Rooms cancelled prior to November 16, 2005 a full refund less bank charges will be provided.
Rooms cancelled November 17, 2005 –January 16, 2006 a Euro 200 deposit fee will be charged.
Rooms cancelled after January 16, 2006 full fees will be charged.

In the event of non-arrival, the hotel will automatically release the reservation and the payment will be non-refundable.

Guests will be charged for checking out prior to the departure date confirmed at check-in.

IMPORTANT NOTES
Kenes International and their agents shall not be responsible for and shall be exempt from all liability in respect of any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or inconvenience to any person, or his /her luggage or any other property for any reason whatsoever, for any tourist services provided. Personal travel and health insurance is recommended.
Official check-in time for the hotel is 16:00 hours and check out is 10:00 hours.
