A focus of Kenes International's activities since 1986 has been the initiation of new medical and scientific congresses.

As great believers in the potential of the Congress and the importance of the Congress to its professional community, Kenes International is willing to take the financial risk upon itself and is ready to prefinance preliminary Congress activities until monies deriving from sponsorship, registration fees and the exhibition arrive.

After establishing initial contact with the Chairperson of the proposed initiated Congress, and once the Congress topic is decided and adequate sponsors are sought, the following activities are preformed in full coordination with and after the approval of Congress Chairperson:

• Selection of the Congress venue
  
  
• All necessary reservations (congress center, hotels)
  
  
• Mailing Lists - creating database for promotional activities
  
  
• Administrative Secretariat: including daily correspondence, coordination of Congress activities, contact with relevant officials, Invited Speakers, sponsors, etc.
  
  
• Congress Homepage: Creation and constant update
  
  
• All printing (including graphic design): Creation of special templates for Congress Announcements
  
  
• Scientific Secretariat: collection of Abstracts, special computer software for preparation for reviewing and grading of the Abstracts, notification of acceptance to authors, including specification of type of presentation (oral or poster), creation of the final scientific program, etc.
  
  
• Registration: prior to the Congress and onsite
  
  
• Onsite Management: All technical arrangements, Congress personnel (hostesses, technicians, etc.)
  
  
• Social events with a special local flavor
  
  
• All tourist aspects of the Congress: Accompanying Persons' Program, Pre and Post Congress Tours, etc.
  
  
• After the Congress: Evaluation of the Congress, conclusions for future Congresses
