Cancellation Policy
Refund of registration fees will be made upon receipt of a mandatory
written request, as follows:
Prior to October 1, 2004 - 100% refund, less US$ 40 handling fee
From October 2 to November 15, 2004 - 50% refund
After November 16, 2004 - no refund
