
Technical Equipment Oral PresentersAudiovisual Equipment If using a Power Point (or any other computer) presentation, please note you need to bring it as a PC / IBM compatible format on a floppy disk (3.5 "/1.44 MB) or on a CD or on a "Memory Stick" (using the USB port in the computer) - no ZIP disk! You may supply your own laptop computer as a back-up. Please note that the meeting computer in the session hall is being supplied with Windows XP and Office 2000 (at least). If using a Macintosh laptop computer, please note that you need to supply your own, confirm that it has a VGA socket for external signal and come to check it in the session hall where your lecture is taking place, at least 30 minutes before the start of the session (during breaks). If using Video please bring a VHS multi-system format (NTSC / PAL / SECAM) and check it in the same hall of your session at least 30 minutes before the start of your session (during breaks). Please note: 35 mm' slides' projection and overhead projection are not standard equipment and will only be made available on request, in writing, to the Organizing Secretariat office 3 weeks before the meeting.
