Kenes is the official organizer for the 4th International Meeting on Interventional Cardiology and will be offering specially reduced rates for accommodation and Meeting tours.
Accommodation at special meeting rates is available at the following hotels:

Above rates are subject to VAT 17.5%. The VAT can be reclaimed according to the British Law.

HOW TO BOOK

In order to benefit from the special Meeting rates, kindly send the enclosed Form with the required deposit by AIRMAIL or FAX at your earliest convenience. We strongly advise all Meeting participants to reserve their hotel accommodation as soon as possible, due to the high season period and the Wimbledon Games. Kenes Tours is unable to guarantee rooms after June 1, 2001.

PAYMENT

Payment for accommodation, provided by Kenes Tours is payable (less deposit) to the hotel, upon check out. Please make all payment in US$ according to the rate of exchange to the £ on the day of payment.

Kenes Tours accept Travelers' cheques and Eurocheques (in the currency of the issuing country), Visa, MasterCard, and Diners Club credit cards. Participants wishing to pay in their own local currency can do so via Western Union Quick Pay. A Western Union blue "quick pay" form must be completed with the following information:

Western Union will forward this payment to Kenes Tours directly.

IMPORTANT NOTES

§ Participants requiring single rooms will be accommodated in double rooms for single occupancy.
§ Kenes Tours reserves the right to change the requested hotels to those of a similar grade or better, if they are unable to confirm those described in the brochure.
§ Kenes Tours shall not be responsible for, and shall be exempt from, all liability in respect of any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or inconvenience to any person, or his/her luggage or any other property, for any reason whatsoever, for any tourist services provided.
§ Personal travel and health insurance is highly recommended.
§ Official check-in time for hotels is 14.00 hours and checkout time is 11:00 hours.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Up to 45 days prior to arrival - full refund (less £ 35 handling fee)
Less than 30 days prior to arrival - full refund less paid deposit
In case of non show - a minimum of 2 nights will be charge.

AIRPORT INFORMATION

International flights to London arrive either at Heathrow Airport (24 km west of London) or at Gatwick Airport (43 km south of London)

The following transportation facilities are available:
From Heathrow Airport: 
Buses (A1) leave every 20 minutes to Victoria Station (close to the Hilton London Metropole Hotel) and take approximately one hour. Cost: £ 13 per person.
From Victoria Station in London private taxis are available to the Hilton London Metropole Hotel, which take approximately 10 minutes.
Buses (A2) leave every 30 minutes to Euston station (close to Shaw Park Plaza Hotel) and take 80 minutes. Cost: £ 20 per person.

From Gatwick Airport:
The quickest way to London is the nonstop Gatwick Express rail service, costing £ 11 per person and taking 30 minutes to reach Victoria Station. Trains run every 15 minutes from 05:20 hours to 21:50 hours. Buses leave every hour - provided by Green Line Coaches to Victoria Station. Rides take approximately 70 minutes and costs £ 10 per person.

Private taxis drive into London, from Heathrow it takes approximately an hour and it costs approximately £ 30 per taxi. From Gatwick the taxi cost is approximately £ 38, and traffic can be very heavy (usually over an hour).
