Abstracts are a useful format for sharing new information on topics in interventional cardiology; in particular, development investigation in early stages can be discussed to stimulate important exchange of ideas. The abstracts should constitute original research but the content may include portions of prior abstracts and/or manuscripts submitted or presented elsewhere.

The Organizing Committee will determine whether the abstract will be accepted as oral or poster presentation, with consideration to be given to the author's preference.

ABSTRACT PREPARATION
Abstracts will be approved on their scientific merit, should be clearly presented and based on previously unpublished data.

Title of abstract must be in upper case.

  • Author(s) name(s) must be in Upper and Lower case (e.g. J.J.C. Smith).
  • Abstracts should contain no more than 250 words, including acknowledgements.
  • The abstracts should be as informative as possible. Abstracts should clearly state Background and aims, methods, results and conclusions of the study.
  • Abstracts stating: "data will be discussed in the presentation" will NOT be accepted.
  • Use only standard abbreviations. Place special or unusual abbreviations in parentheses after the full word the first time it appears.
  • Use generic names of drugs. Express numbers as numerals.
  • PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT MULTIPLE COPIES OF THE SAME ABSTRACT.
