Official check-in time for the hotels is 15:00 hours and check out is
required before 12:00 noon.
HOW TO BOOK
In order to benefit from the special meeting rates, please use
one of the following booking methods:
1. Send the registration & accommodation form with the required deposit
by fax or mail at your earliest convenience. Reservations will only be
confirmed if credit card details are fully supplied.
2. Book your hotel accommodation through this website
We strongly advise all participants to reserve their hotel accommodation
as soon as
possible. Kenes International will not be able to guarantee rooms after
July 1, 2004.
For block bookings (10 rooms or more) companies are requested to send
their request by fax or e-mail to Kenes International. Different cancellation
and payment policies will apply.
Each participant will receive an individual confirmation, indicating
the name and
address of the hotel. The booking will be final upon receipt of the corresponding
payment.
PAYMENT
Full payment for accommodation provided by Kenes International
is payable (less deposit) before your arrival in Cancun.
Kenes International accepts Travellers' cheques, Euro cheques, Visa, MasterCard,
Diners Club and American Express credit cards.
CANCELLATION OF ACCOMMODATION
- Rooms cancelled prior to July 1, 2004, full refund, less bank charges
- Rooms cancelled from July 1 - July 10, 2004, 1 night cancellation
charge
- Rooms cancelled from July 10 - 20, 2004, 2 nights cancellation charge
- Rooms cancelled from July 21, 2004 - no refund
Cancellations or changes must be received in writing to Kenes International
(either by fax or e-mail). In the event of non-arrival, the hotel will
automatically release the reservation, and payment will be non-refundable.
If you arrive later or leave earlier then on the dates indicated on your
reservation form, the total accommodation amount will be charged, as no
refunds can be made.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Kenes International and their agents shall not be responsible
for and shall be exempt from all liability in respect of any loss, damage,
injury, accident, delay or inconvenience to any person, or his /her luggage
or any other property for any reason whatsoever, for any tourist services
provided. Personal travel and health insurance is recommended.
