Poster Guidelines

INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE PREPARATION OF POSTERS:

Please note the following information regarding your presentation:

Posters may be prepared on one sheet (preferred method) or alternatively on several smaller sheets.
Posters should be brought to the Symposium by the authors.
It is recommended that your poster be 85 cm wide x 118 cm high (portrait style).
Allocate the top of the poster for the title and authors as stated on the submitted abstract.
The text, illustrations, etc. should be large enough to be read from a distance of two meters.
Equipment for hanging your poster will be available.

Please refer to the Final Program for the poster board number assigned to you.
Please use the board with the same number.

Poster Presenters:

Each poster will be on display for 1 day. Please check the program to see the exact date on which your poster is to be displayed as well as the poster board number assigned to your poster.

Posters should be mounted by 08:00 hours on the day on which they are scheduled to be presented and must be removed by the end of the dedicated poster session of the same day (18:01).

Presenting authors are required to stand next to their posters for informal discussion during the dedicated poster session from 16:00-17:00.

The organizers are not responsible for any posters that have not been removed by the end of the dedicated poster session on the day in which they have been scheduled.
