Kenes Tours is the official travel agent for the 4th International Symposium on Ocular Pharmacology and Pharmaceutics - ISOPP, and will be offering specially reduced rates for accommodation and Symposium tours.

HOW TO BOOK
In order to benefit from the special Symposium rates, kindly complete the Registration & Accommodation Form and attach the required deposit (Euro 200 per room). We strongly advise all symposium participants to reserve their Hotel accommodation as soon as possible. Kenes Tours will not be able to guarantee rooms after February 10, 2002

PAYMENT
Payment for accommodation, provided by Kenes Tours is payable (less deposit) before your arrival in Seville. Please make all payment in US$ according to the rate of exchange to the Euro on the day of payment.
Deposit will be calculated in US$ according to the exchange rate of Euro on the day of receipt.
Kenes Tours accept Travellers' cheques and Euro cheques (in the currency of the issuing country), Visa, Master Card, and Diners Club credit cards.

Participants wishing to pay in their own local currency can do so via Western Union Quick Pay.
A Western Union blue "quick pay" form must be completed with the following information:

Western Union will forward this payment to Kenes Tours directly.

IMPORTANT NOTES

	Participants requiring single room will be accommodated in a double room for single occupancy
	Kenes Tours reserves the right to change the requested hotels to those of a similar grade or higher.
	Kenes Tours and their agents shall not be responsible for, and shall be exempt from, all liability in respect of any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or inconvenience to any person, or his/her luggage or any other property, for any reason whatsoever, for any tourist services provided.
	Personal travel and health insurance is highly recommended.
	Official check in time in all Hotels is 15:00 hours and check out time is Noon. In order to avoid any inconvenience (and with the probability of high occupancy) we suggest that rooms be reserved for the previous night so that they may assigned prior to arrival.

CHANGES and CANCELLATION of Reservations
All cancellations must be received in writing
Up to 90 days prior to arrival - full refund less bank charges
Up to 60 days prior to arrival - full refund less Euro 50 handling fee
Up to 30 days prior to arrival - no refund of deposit
Less than 30 days - no refund
Please do not contact the hotel directly, as all reservations are handled by the Symposium Secretariat.
