INFORMATION FOR POSTER PRESENTERS

If your poster has been allocated to a Free Paper Discussion Session, you will be given 2 minutes in which to present your poster in the session hall, using 2 power point slides. In order to prepare for the discussion we ask that you send us (via email) 2 power point slides (without background template) which depict the essence of your work. We will then prepare one presentation with all the slides in
your session, in order to ensure smooth projection and discussion of all papers.

A panel discussion will follow the presentations.

Please note that only those authors who submit their power point presentation
BEFORE FEBRUARY 10th will be able to participate in the discussion session.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE PREPARATION OF POSTERS

Please note the following information regarding your presentation:

• The dimensions of the poster board are: 90 cm (3') wide x 1.70m. (5'6") long.
• Allocate the top of the poster for the title and authors as stated on the submitted
  abstract.
• The text, illustrations, etc should be bold enough to be read from a distance of two meters (six feet).
• Tacks and technical equipment will be available for the hanging of posters.
• Please refer to the Final Program for the poster number assigned to you. Please use the board with the same number.
