The above rates are per room, per night, include service and all applicable
taxes and American buffet breakfast.

HOW TO BOOK
In order to benefit from the special Symposium rates, kindly send
enclosed Accommodation Form with the required deposit by FAX, E-Mail or AIRMAIL
at your earliest convenience.
Reservations will be confirmed on a "first come, first served" basis.
We strongly advise all Symposium participants to reserve their Hotel
accommodation as soon as possible. Kenes Tours will not be able to guarantee
rooms after January 15, 2000
PAYMENT
Payment (less deposit) for accommodation and other services provided
by Kenes Tours is to be made prior to you arrival in Lisbon.
Kenes Tours accept Travelers' cheques and Eurocheques (in the currency of
issuing country), and Visa Master Card and Diners credit cards.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Up to 90 days prior to arrival - full refund less bank charges.
Up to 30 days prior to arrival - cancellation charge of one night of your
selected hotel.
Less than 30 days prior to arrival - no refund.
IMPORTANT NOTE
Kenes Tours shall be exempt from all liability in respect of any
loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or inconvenience to any person, or his/her
luggage or any other property, for any reason whatsoever, for any tourist
services provided. |
