PAYMENT
Payment for accommodation, provided by Kenes International
is payable (less deposit) before your arrival in Monte Carlo.
The deposit amount that will be charged is one night's accommodation
fee.
Kenes International accepts Travellers' cheques and Euro cheques
(in the currency of the issuing country) Visa, Master Card, and
Diners Club credit cards.
CANCELLATION OF ACCOMMODATION
Cancellations must be received in writing.
- Up to 90 days prior to arrival - full refund less bank charges
- Less than 90 days and up to 60 days prior to arrival - 1 night
cancellation fee
- Less than 60 days and up to 35 days prior to arrival - 2 nights
cancellation fee
- Less than 35 and up to 7 days and in case of non-show - 3 nights
cancellation fee
- Less than 7 days and in case of non-show - full cancellation
charges
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Participants requiring single rooms will be accommodated in
double rooms for single occupancy (with the exception of the Hotel
de France).
- Kenes International reserves the right to change the requested
hotels to those of a similar grade or better
- Kenes International and their agents shall not be responsible
for, and shall be exempt from, all liability in respect of any
loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or inconvenience to any
person, or his/her luggage or any other property, for any reason
whatsoever, for any tourist services provided.
- Personal travel and health insurance is highly recommended.
- Official check in time in all Hotels is 15:00 Hours and check
out time is 11:00 Hours
AIRPORT ASSISTANCE
The Nice Cote d' Azur International airport is located
22km from Monaco.
Bus services, taxis are available 24 hours a day. The journey time
from the airport to the hotel is approximately 45 minutes.
