Cancellation Policy
Refund of registration fees will be made as follows:
Faxed, electronically mailed or post-marked:
- Prior to December 11, 2003 - full refund less US$50 handling
fees
- From December 11, 2003 to February 11, 2004 - 50% refund
- After February 11, 2004 - no refund
