How to arrive:
The Sporting D'Hiver is located in the center of Monte
Carlo. Journey time from Nice airport is approximately 40 minutes.
The following means of transport are available:
Bus - one way cost is € 14.10
Taxi - one way cost is € 75 €
Helicopter - cost is € 69 + € 14.11 airport tax. This
service operates only from Nice Airport to Monaco and should be
reserved in advance by contacting halima@heliaironaco.com
indicating the name of the passenger and the flight details.

REGISTRATION AND HOSPITALITY
The Registration Desk will be situated at the Sporting
D'Hiver Conference Facility, and will open on Thursday, March 11,
2004 at 10:00 until 18.00.
The Registration Desk will then be open as follows:

Please register upon arrival in order to receive your kit containing
your program and abstract books personal name badge, etc. Please
remember to wear your name badge to all Symposium activities and
social events.
SCIENTIFIC PROGRAM
A very exciting and diverse program has been prepared
for you, and we are looking forward to your active participation

START OF SESSIONS
The Opening Session will take place on Thursday March
11, 2004 at 13:30 hours.
ENTRY TO SOCIAL EVENTS
The Welcome Reception will take place at the Hermitage
Hotel on Thursday, March 11,2004.
Entry to the Welcome Reception is by invitation only. Invitations
for participants are included in the personal registration kit you
will receive in Monte Carlo. Additional tickets for the Welcome
Reception can be purchased via the Congress website (price Euro
40).
The Farewell Party that will take place at the Salon Bellevue at
the Cafe de Paris and will include an amazing show by an illusionist
and mind-reader. The Party will take place on Saturday, March 13
and tickets will be available at the Registration Desk on site after
10:00 on Friday, March 12. Space is limited and tickets are available
on a 'first-come, first served basis'. There is a non-returnable
€ 15 booking fee per person.
