Ancient IstanbulDrive over the Intercontinental Bosphorus Bridge to Camlica Hill on the Asian Side. Explore the magnificent view of Istanbul while standing on the Asian continent. Visit the Beylerbeyi Palace, 19th century summer residence and guesthouse of the Ottoman Sultans, entirely made of marble and known for its beautiful works of art, including the Oriental and European furniture, paintings and porcelains.

The Bazaars of Istanbul

Visits and shopping at the Egyptian Bazaar (spice market) associated with Yeni Camii (the New Mosque) is another of Istanbul's great covered Bazaars, containing all aromas reminiscent of the mysteries of 1001 nights. The spice market offers herbs and spices, dried fruits and nuts, and the Turkish delight.
The tour will end with a visit to the Grand Covered Bazaar, the labyrinth of 4000 shops that is an experience by itself.

Both tours will depart from the lobby of the Hilton Istanbul Hotel (congress venue & headquarters hotel) and return at approximately 13:00 hours. Comfortable walking shoes recommended.
