ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

Abstracts must be submitted via this website

Please follow the instructions listed in the website step-by-step. Images, tables, diagrams, graphs must be saved and uploaded as BMP or JPG files. Other file types cannot be accepted. Please note that these may be resized to fit in the final printed material.

If you are unable to submit abstracts via the website, please contact the Secretariat.

ABSTRACTS SUBMITTED BY FAX WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

• Submission of an abstract acknowledges your acceptance for the abstract to be published in the official Abstract Book.
• Authors presenting abstracts must be registered participants.
• Abstracts must be original and must not be or have been published or presented at any other Congress prior to the 13th World Congress on In Vitro Fertilization, Assisted Reproduction & Genetics.
• Abstracts must be submitted in English.
• The abstract must be received by the deadline of January 15, 2005. Abstracts received after the deadline will NOT be considered. Faxed abstracts will NOT be accepted.
• The Scientific Committee will determine whether the abstract will be accepted as oral or poster presentation, with consideration to be given to the author's preference.

ABSTRACT PREPARATION

• Title of abstract must be in upper case.
• Author(s) names must be in Upper and Lower case (e.g. J.J.C. Smith)
• Abstracts should contain no more than 280 words, including acknowledgements.
• Abstracts should clearly state Background and aims, methods, results and conclusions of the study.
• Abstracts stating: "data will be discussed in the presentation" will NOT be accepted.
• Use only standard abbreviations. Place special or unusual abbreviations in parentheses after the full word the first time it appears.
• Use generic names of drugs. Express numbers as numerals.
