Kenes International is the official travel agent for the 13th World congress on In Vitro Fertilization IVF 2005 and will be offering special reduced rates for acccommodation and optional tours.

Accommodation at special congress rates is available at the following hotels:

Official check-in time for the hotels is 14:00 hours and check-out time is noon.

BOOKING FOR INDIVIDUALS AND GROUPS
We strongly advise all congress participants to reserve their hotel accommodation as early as possible. Kenes International will not be able to guarantee rooms after April 1, 2005.

Hotel reservations will only be confirmed if credit card details for the deposit are supplied; alternatively please forward the required deposit by bank transfer or cheque.

For block bookings (10 rooms or more), companies are requested to send their booking by E-mail to Kenes International at: reg_ivf@kenes.com
Different payment and cancellation policies will apply.

PAYMENT
Full payment for accommodation and tours provided by Kenes International is payable in EURO (less deposit) 10 days before your arrival in Istanbul.
Kenes International accepts Visa, Master Card, Diners Club and, American Express* credit cards..

* For American Express credit cards, charges will be in US Dollars according to the rate of exchange on the day of the transaction.

Accommodation Cancellation Policy

• If your hotel reservation is cancelled less than 60 days before the congress:
  1 night non-refundable deposit.
• If your hotel reservation is cancelled less than 14 days before the congress:
  no refund.
