* Congress Venue HOW TO BOOK In order to benefit from the special congress rates, kindly send the enclosed Accommodation Form with the required deposit by AIRMAIL or FAX at your earliest convenience or contact our recommended travel agent in your country. Kenes Tours is unable to guarantee room reservation after October 1, 1998 PAYMENT In order to benefit from the special accommodation rates of the Congress, payment of services provided (less deposit) must be met before your arrival to Israel. Kenes Tours accept bank transfers and Eurocheques (in the currency of issuing country), Visa, Master Card, and Diners Club credit cards. Payment in Israeli currency is subject to Value added Tax. If your reservation will be made through our recommended travel agent, the payment conditions of that travel agent will be binding for your booking IMPORTANT NOTES * Participants requiring single rooms will be accommodated in double rooms for single occupancy. * Kenes Tours reserves the right to change the requested hotels to those of a similar grade or better. * Kenes Tours and their agents shall not be responsible for, and shall be exempt from, all liability in respect of any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or inconvenience to any person, or his/her luggage or any other property, for any reason whatsoever, for any tourist services provided. * Personal travel and health insurance is highly recommended. * Official check in time for hotels is 14:00 and check out time is noon. CANCELLATION POLICY Up to 90 days prior to arrival - full refund less bank charges Up to 45 days prior to arrival - cancellation charge of $ 50 handling fee Up to 30 days prior to arrival - no refund of deposit 15 days or less - 50% of hotel accommodation will be charged. Remainder of money collected by Kenes will be refunded AIRPORT ASSISTANCE Kenes Tours will operate a welcome service inside the arrivals terminal hall at the Ben Gurion International Airport on Sunday, October 18, 1998. Participants are requested to contact the Kenes representative at the Arrival Hall, upon entering the luggage claim area. Arrival transfer from Ben Gurion International Airport to congress hotels can be arranged on any day at an additional cost of $ 20.00 per person.
