Kenes International is the official agent for the Mosaic of Autoimmunity, and will be offering special reduced rates for accommodation in Tel Aviv.

Rates shown are in USD per room, per night and include breakfast and taxes.

BOOKING

Reservations will only be confirmed if credit card details are fully supplied; alternatively please forward a deposit of one night per room.

Each participant will receive an individual confirmation, indicating the name and address of their hotel. The booking will be final upon receipt of the corresponding deposit.

If your hotel reservation is being made by a sponsoring company, the participant will receive the corresponding hotel confirmation directly from the sponsoring company.

Payment

Payment of accommodation fees should be made in USD by one off the following methods:

• By Credit Card: i.e. Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club or American Express
  
• By Cheque: payable to ‘Mosaic of Autoimmunity 2008’
• By Bank Transfer: Please make drafts payable to: Mosaic of Autoimmunity 2008

Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the registration and accommodation fees.

Please ensure the name of the congress and the participant are stated on the bank transfer.

Please note that 3 weeks prior to arrival in Tel Aviv, your credit card will be automatically charged for the balance of your hotel accommodation. Participants who paid their deposit by bank transfer or cheque are required to send the balance of the accommodation charge to Mosaic of Autoimmunity 2008 Secretariat at Kenes International, 3 weeks before arrival. Cancellation policy applies for all payments received

CANCELLATION POLICY

All changes or cancellations have to be made in writing to Kenes International.
Please do not contact the hotel directly.

• Until 30 days prior to arrival (up to January 10th, 2008): full refund less handling charge of $ 30.
• Between 30-15 days prior to arrival (up to January 26th, 2008): 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations received from January 27th, 2008 - No refund.

In the event of non-arrival, the hotel will automatically release the reservation and all payments will be non-refundable.

IMPORTANT NOTES
Kenes International and their agents shall not be responsible for and shall be exempt from all liability in respect of any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or inconvenience to any person, or his /her luggage or any other property for any reason whatsoever, for any tourist services provided. Personal travel and health insurance is recommended.

Official check in time in all hotels is 15:00 hours and check out time is 10:00 hours.
