Payment of accommodation fees should be made in USD by one off the following methods:

Cancellation Policy

Refund of registration fees will be as follows:
Postmarked before January 11, 2008 -100% refund (minus € 50 handling fee)
No refund on cancellations sent after January 12, 2008.
