CANCELLATION POLICY – REGISTRATION
All cancellations must be faxed, electronically mailed or post-marked:
Refund of registration fees will be made as follows:
Up to 90 days prior to arrival – full refund less bank charges (US$ 30)
Up to 60 days prior to arrival – cancellation charge of US$ 50
No refund on cancellations made after September 7, 2007
