Speakers' Ready Room
Speakers' Ready Rooms for invited speakers and oral presenters are situated in the Melia Hotel and in the Renaissance Hotel. The Speakers’ Ready Rooms are available every day throughout the meeting hours, open 30 minutes before the first session begins.

Data Projection
If using a Power Point (or any other computer) presentation, please note you need to bring it as a PC / IBM compatible format on a CD or on a "disk on key"/using the USB port of the computer ( no ZIP disk ! ) and load it on one of the meeting’s computers in the Speakers’ Ready Room at the venue in which you are scheduled to give your lecture ( either the Melia Hotel or the Renaissance Hotel ), at least 1 hour before the start of the session.
You may supply your own laptop computer as a back-up.
Please note that the meeting computers in the session halls are being supplied with Windows XP and Office XP.
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR MACINTOSH USERS
If using a Macintosh laptop computer, you should supply your own computer.
Please ensure that it has a VGA socket for external signal. Please remember to:
a) immediately check your computer in the Speakers’ Ready Room as soon as you arrive
and
b) to also check your computer in the session hall where your lecture is taking place, either during the coffee or lunch break prior to your session, at least 30 minutes before the start of the session.
VHS Video projection (VHS Video films)
If wishing to project a VHS video film, please inform the technician in the Speakers’ Ready Room at least 24 hours before the start of your session.
Please note: VHS Video, 35 mm slide projection and Overhead projection (transparencies ) are not available.
