Cancellation Policy
Faxed, electronically mailed or post-marked:
- Cancellation received prior to May 13, 2008 - full refund will be made.
- Cancellation received from May 13 to June 13, 2008 – 50% refund will be made.
- Cancellation received after June 13, 2008 – no refund.

Payment of Conference registration fees may be made as follows:
