RegistrationAll participants must submit a completed registration form. Payment or proof of payment should accompany the registration. Please make a photocopy of your registration form for your own files. Fees for PARTICIPANTS include:
* Participants registering as students must provide a letter from their head of department to support their application for a student rate.
REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICYAll cancellations must be faxed, electronically mailed or post-marked.Prior to July 24, 2008- Full refund less €35 handling fees From July 24, 2008 until September 24, 2008- 50% refund From September 25, 2008 – No refund PAYMENTPayment of fees should be made in EURO and may be paid either by bank transfer, cheque or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, Amex*)*For American Express credit cards, charges will be made in US Dollars according to the rate of exchange on the day of the transaction.
