Language
The official language of the Congress is English. All abstracts should
be submitted and presented in English.
Climate
The weather in Prague in May is normally warm and pleasant. The average
temperature varies from 20 to 27 degrees with an average monthly rainfall
of 8mm.
Czech Airlines
Czech Airlines has been appointed the Congress official carrier and will
grant 15% discount on applicable economy fares and 25% discount on business
class fares on all ČSA flights (except 3000 - 4999 flights operated by
other carriers). The discount is valid from the participant's home country
or transfer points to Prague and back and is valid for travel completed
during the period covering one week before and one week after the event.
For reservations and ticketing participants should call any ČSA office
in their country from February, booking code will be under the exact name
of the Congress. Participants should present an official letter of invitation/registration
when making reservations or buying tickets with applicable reduction

Travel to Prague
Prague's Ruzyne airport is 20 kilometres (13 miles) north-west of the
city centre. The state travel agency Cedok runs a shuttle service to the
city centre between 11:00 and 16:00. CSA airlines also run a regular and
reliable bus service into the centre. The travel time to the centre is
approximately 30mins.

Visas
Please check with your travel agent if you require an entry visa to the
Czech Republic.
Letter of Invitation
Participants requiring a formal letter of invitation to enable them to
make their arrangements to participate in the Congress may apply to the
Secretariat. Please note that this letter can in no way be regarded as
a commitment regarding scheduling or financial support from the Congress
organizers.
