Cancellation policy
Refund of registration fees will be made as follows:
Faxed, electronically mailed or post-marked:
- prior to January 19, 2003 - full refund less US$50 handling fees
- from January 19 - April 19, 2003 - 50% refund
- after April 19, 2003 - no refund
