REGISTRATION AND HOSPITALITY
DESKS
These desks will be situated at the Hotel for the duration of the Conference.
Registration will open on Sunday, March 26, 2000 at 17:00-21:00. The desks
will reopen on Monday, March 27, at 08:00 and will stay open throughout the
sessions.
Please register immediately upon arrival in order to receive your kit
containing the Program and Abstract book, personal name badge, etc. Please
remember to wear your badge at all sessions and events.
Kenes Tours will operate a Hospitality Desk next to the Registration Desk.
They will provide full tourist services such as hotel accommodation, rent-a-car,
tours, etc.
OPENING CEREMONY AND
GET-TOGETHER RECEPTION
All registered participants and registered accompanying persons are invited
to the Opening Ceremony and Get-Together Reception on Sunday, March 26 at 20:30
at the Hotel.
SCIENTIFIC SESSIONS
The Scientific Sessions will open on Monday, March 27, at 08:30.
FULL DAY PROFESSIONAL TOURS
Full day professional tours (included in the registration fees) will take
place on Wednesday, March 29, 2000. Please choose the tour of your choice and
fax your form as soon as possible to ensure your place.
REGISTRATION FEES
If you have not yet paid your registration fees, please do so at your
earliest to ensure preparation of your material.
