The letter should be on the department letterhead and addressed to the Registration Department of the congress.

REGISTRATION DESKS
Registration desks will be open at the InterContinental Berlin Hotel as follows:
Wednesday, April 13
08:30 – 19:00
Thursday, April 14 – Saturday, April 16
The registration desks will open at 08:00 and will stay open throughout the sessions
Fees for PARTICIPANTS include:
- Participation in scientific sessions
- Entrance to the exhibition
- Get-together Reception on Wednesday
- The printed material of the Congress
Fees for ACCOMPANYING PERSONS include:
- Get-together Reception on Wednesday
- A half-day tour, planned to coincide with the scientific sessions
CANCELLATION POLICY
Refund of registration fees will be as follows:
Postmarked before January 14, 2005 - 100% refund (minus €50 handling
fee)
Postmarked from January 15, 2005 - 50% refund
No refund on cancellations sent after March 12, 2005
